Because this is an intimate product (and we don’t think anyone wants a “gently used” vibrator showing up in their mailbox), we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once your JoyToy has shipped.

If your JoyToy arrives damaged or defective, don’t panic — we’ve got you. Drop us a line within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send you a fresh replacement faster than you can say “breaking news.”

Otherwise, your JoyToy is yours to keep. No buyer’s remorse, only orgasms.
